I do not work on a first-come first-served basis. Commission inquiries will be selected and approved based on personal interest on the subject/prompt/character(s) and my criteria may (and will) shift over time.

You MUST read my Terms of Service before commissioning me. By placing a form you will agree with my Terms of Service whether you have actually read them or not.

Turnaround time generally depends on your place in the queue and how busy I am with IRL stuff. You'll be notified if there's any trouble that may increase the wait time significantly. Turnaround time will typically be anywhere from 1-3 months (highly detailed pieces/special types of commissions might take longer, this will be discussed upon contact). If for any given reason, I deem I'll be unable to complete your commission, you will be issued a full refund.

Commercial use must be discussed beforehand. For more information check the payments section in the Terms of Service tab.

It's okay to ask for updates every once in a while! However, please do not ask for updates on a daily basis or immediately after I start working. I work on several different things throughout the week, including streaming. I'll send WIPs myself as soon as I make considerable progress. Alternatively you may attend or watch VODs of my streams if we agreed on me being able to stream the piece in question. You can contact me at any time. If you have questions or concerns and I'll be happy to answer.

All commissions may be posted on my social media pages (which one depends on the nature of the commission) unless stated otherwise in the form.

I require clear, readable and accurate visual references to work with. I will NOT work with text descriptions only, poor quality screenshots or references taken with a phone camera (you may scan your reference if it is on paper but digital references are highly preferred for accuracy).

If you wish to have the PSD files of your commission, they may be available on my Patreon. If the commission is private, those won't be available at all.

Once your commission is approved I'll get back to you through your preferred contact method (specified on the form) with a final quote. Once terms are agreed upon and details are discussed, I'll start the commission process.

I will send you a rough sketch of your idea. Once the rough sketch has been approved I'll send you an invoice with the final price. I will begin working on the artwork once payment has been received. I will not work beyond the sketch until the commission has been paid in full.

You may ask for as many changes as you'd like during the sketch stage. Any major changes requested during later stages will incur in extra fees.

Extra WIPs will be sent during Lineart/Coloring stage to make sure I don't miss any details. I can also provide WIPs upon request, but please be mindful with the frequency you ask for these.

It is your responsibility to let me know if there are any missing details whenever I provide WIPs during early stages. Major changes (clothes, pose, background, big props, weapons, etc) requested after sketch/lineart wips have been approved will incur in extra fees. Missing details, mistakes or misunderstandings on my part will never incur in extra fees.

Once the artwork is completed you will receive the full resolution version and I will post a resized, watermarked version on my main social media account. It is recommended you use this watermarked version whenever you want to repost your commission publicly.

I WILL draw: Original characters (OCs), Blood Monsters/Hybrids, FFXIV/MMO/TTRPG characters with CLEAR references, NSFW (Please pay close attention to the next paragraph regarding NSFW), WILL ATTEMPT TO DRAW MECHA (I have very little experience, so consider this before commissioning).

I WILL NOT draw: Underage characters, loli or shota, rape/noncon, gore, extreme violence, ambiguous consent or specifc fetishes (vore, choking, weight gain, etc...), extreme weight, eye straining colored characters (don't hurt my eyes please).

You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me. If I discover that your actual age is below the age of 18, you will be blacklisted and blocked from all my social media.

Please do NOT feed my art into an AI learning application of any nature, be it commissioned artwork or not.

All and any commissions made by me are for personal use only. "Personal use" means you may not make any profit from my work in any way. For pieces intended to be used as streaming or video assets, advertisement of any kind, thumbnails, merch, prints, posters, etc. A commercial fee will incur and this MUST be discussed beforehand.

I reserve the right to decline/cancel any commission at my own discretion. If conditions are met, you will be eligible for a refund.

Clear visual reference material is required. I will reject your commission if you are unable to provide proper character/prompt/scenario references.

Forms incorrectly filled, missing information or sent outside of the commission opening time frame will be rejected automatically.

Please review your commission upon completion. I will fix any artistic mistake I have made on my end and/or add any details I may have forgotten about without any extra fee. However, if you've failed to mention a detail you'd like me to include, there will be an extra fee depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

No major changes will be allowed once the rough sketch has been approved. If you still want significant/major changes to be made after approving the sketch, there will be an additional fee based on the complexity of the request.

I will not compensate nor be obligated to make any further changes days/weeks/months after the final commission has been received and approved. However, this depends on the complexity of the change.

Discarded/rejected poses and sketches are still in my ownership. Therefore, I am allowed to rework, resell and repurpose said sketches for other pieces. However, these will not retain any recognizable trait of your character(s).

All payments are made through Paypal.

USD/EUR only, (prices listed use USD, but you may pay the equivalent in EUR if you wish). Make sure to input the right currency before sending the payment.

Full payment is required upfront. You will be sent an invoice as soon as the rough sketch has been approved. Please refrain from sending the payment until you receive the invoice.

Payment plans can be made for pieces $230+. However, you won’t receive the full resolution version of the file until the commission is paid in full.

In case you request a SFW/NSFW alternative version of an artwork, there will be an extra charge of 20% of the final price of the commission.

Commercial use shall be discussed BEFOREHAND and it will incur in an additional fee on top of the set price.

As the artist I retain full rights to the artwork, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as examples for future sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I am allowed to post both work in progress shots and finished artworks on all my social media unless previously discussed otherwise.

The commissioner retains full rights to the character(s) and it’s design(s). The commissioner can transfer the piece(s) at their will. However, the commissioner can’t sell only the piece itself, either in digital or physical format.

Only the ORIGINAL commissioner may edit and use the artwork (crop, paste, personal prints, usage such as icons, banners, signatures, wallpapers, etc) as long as it is for non-profitable purposes.

Artwork must be properly credited and linked back to my social media whenever the commissioned artwork is posted by the commissioner.

The commissioner has NO right to use my artwork for any NFTs, blockchain and/or cryptocurrency related business.
